Marilynn Groenow

Marilynn Groenow, RN, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2014 and has been a dedicated nurse for over 10 years. She began her career in pediatric emergency care before transitioning into home health. For the past three years, she has specialized in mobile IV therapy, where she loves seeing the immediate improvement in her patients’ well-being after an infusion.

Originally from Los Angeles, Marilynn grew up in upstate New York, raised by a single mother alongside her older sister and younger brother. A proud mom to a 13-year-old daughter and five cats, she enjoys yoga, hiking, football (Go Chiefs!), reading, and spending time with loved ones. She is fluent in English and passionate about personalized patient care.

Rose Wild

Rose Wild is the heart of our front desk, ensuring that every patient feels welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their journey. As a Life & Psychedelic Integration Coach, she blends compassion and expertise to help patients navigate their treatments with ease. A dedicated mother and a lifelong Gilbert resident, Rose has witnessed the town’s transformation since her family settled here in 1986.

She completed her training with Coach Training Alliance (2020) and Being True To You: Addiction Recovery & Psychedelic Integration Coaching (2023). When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll find her barefoot in nature, singing, dancing, and embracing life’s adventures.
